📍 Responsibilities
- Build the corporate information and cybersecurity system from scratch, aligned with business strategy and leadership expectations.
- Identify risks in business processes, assess and prioritize mitigation measures.
- Execute the cybersecurity roadmap considering emerging threats.
- Implement and manage access control (SSO, MFA, RBAC).
- Develop and enforce security policies for protecting personal data (PII) and managing access to information.
- Establish vulnerability management processes.
- Monitor network and application security resilience against attacks (DDoS, takeover, injection, etc.).
- Design and implement workstation protection, MDM policies, and XDR tools.
- Collaborate with IT and Dev teams on platform security architecture, customer security, and DevSecOps practices.
- Lead the security incident management process, orchestrating responses and ensuring follow-through.
- Conduct training sessions and build a strong security culture.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in information security.
- Experience as a CISO, Security Lead, or similar role.
- Deep knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27000, NIST, SOC, CSI, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with IAM and PII protection integrated into company operations.
- Proven track record in vulnerability management and patch management.
- Understanding of DDoS, brute-force, injection attacks, and countermeasures.
- Experience in mobile security, antivirus solutions, and BYOD policies.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and secure software development practices.
- Ability to design and implement security processes from scratch and drive adoption.
- Practical understanding of cryptocurrencies and associated risks.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Flexible and pragmatic approach to risk management.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in fintech companies or trading platforms.
- Experience implementing SOC, DLP, SIEM.
- Familiarity with regulations (GDPR, PCI DSS).
