A strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer is being sought to join the leadership team. As CFO, you will serve as a key partner to the CEO and shareholders in building a financially strong and sustainable future for the company.
You will oversee all financial functions including planning, analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will optimize resource allocation and lead initiatives that drive profitability and growth.
📍 Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals to maximize profitability and growth.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support effective decision-making.
- Oversee financial risk and compliance management, ensuring adherence to regulations and industry standards.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, manage investment portfolios, and maintain optimal liquidity levels.
- Lead financial reporting processes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the finance department and lead a high-performing team.
- Analyze and control operating costs to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners on strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with the CEO and legal department on cross-functional matters
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader.
- Experience in high-risk business segments.
- Deep knowledge of financial management, risk control, compliance, and financial reporting & analysis.
