Your Mission
- Achieving financial goals agreed with stakeholders.
- Development and implementation of the company’s strategy, as well as identifying key areas of growth.
- Team management: hiring, adaptation, development, KPI setting.
- Financial management: budgeting and controlling project costs.
- Optimization of business processes if necessary.
- Communication with technical and product teams, marketing, sales and finance.
What We Expect from the Candidate
- Experience in leadership positions in companies with a similar profile (CPA Network / AdNetwork / Affiliate marketing products);
- Communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to experiment, quickly test hypotheses and work in a rapidly changing environment;
- Understanding of the affiliate marketing industry, media buying, product development, RTB systems.
