Mobformance — We operate across MENA, LATAM, ASIA, EUROPE, and AFRICA, providing clients with a full cycle of turnkey mobile advertising campaign management.
Key Verticals: ecommerce, services, utilities, entertainment, forex, gamedev.

📍 Responsibilities

Identify and attract new clients within target verticals.
Conduct cold outreach via e-mail, LinkedIn, and attend international events.
Lead negotiations, build and execute a sales plan (leads, meetings, deals).
Hand over clients to account managers and oversee initial campaigns.
Maintain reporting and work with CRM.
Workload Structure:
50% — Cold outreach (e-mail, LinkedIn)
30% — Calls / negotiations
10% — CRM, reporting, preparing presentations
10% — Team syncs

📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:

Higher education (Marketing, Business, International Relations preferred).
Proven B2B sales experience in digital / performance marketing / SaaS / affiliate.
Understanding of CPI/CPA models.
Strong negotiation skills in English (Advanced / C1).
Confident use of CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io.
Existing international network or client base (a plus).
Nice to Have:
Experience with MENA / LATAM markets.
Background in performance marketing agencies or affiliate networks.
Residence permit or work visa in the EU.
Ability to work fully in English (no Russian required).

Format: Full-time, remote
Schedule: 11:00–19:00 (GMT+3)
Location: Open worldwide (priority to Tier 2 markets)
Salary: Up to $2,500 NET + bonuses (discussed individually after interviews)
