A Cypriot paysite company with over 5 years of experience in video content monetization is looking for a Bizdev/Sales Manager to expand the current portfolio of content providers (B2B) on mutually beneficial terms (competitive pricing, favorable conditions).
Search for and build a list of studios and segment them by type. Primary partner region: Japan, with potential for other Asian countries
Source contacts for studios (Asian studios producing age-restricted content).
Develop and use communication scripts for outreach.
Send out offers and cold outreach proposals to studios.
Conduct negotiations with studios, including via calls and video calls.
Provide ongoing account management for studios – supporting partners on the platform (assisting partners with registration, maintaining friendly connections, scaling, and support).
📍 What we expect from a candidate
Experience in business development/sales in the dating vertical.
Experience finding partners on adult forums, social media, and messaging apps.
Excellent communication skills – ability to build rapport with studio representatives and show empathy (no rudeness).
Strong contact-sourcing skills across various channels (not limited to website contacts).
Ability to create compelling and persuasive scripts.
Conversational English at B2/C1 level.
