📍 Responsibilities
- Identifying and managing partners/clients, providing marketing consultations, fostering long-term relationships, improving collaboration terms, and ensuring efficient communication and data exchange between traffic buying teams and partners.
- Collecting essential initial data from partners and preparing for traffic tests.
- Maintaining and creating new opportunities for collaboration between internal teams/structures.
- Identifying growth points for teams/projects/agency and improving current processes.
- Participating in launching new projects and creating effective performance funnels.
- Working with hypotheses (collecting and analyzing).
- Data analytics related to performance, sources, advertisers, schemes, and trends, including identifying artifacts.
- Writing reports.
- Enhancing profitability metrics for current traffic flows (CPA monetization, smartlink optimization, traffic reselling to partners).
- Addressing non-standard issues (information sourcing).
- Representing the company at public events.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Development or Account Manager in affiliate teams, ad networks, or partner networks.
- Understanding of traffic buying processes, key metrics, market specifics, and various product and advertising formats.
- Experience handling large volumes of work.
- Proactive work approach, result-oriented mindset, self-organization, and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking for data analysis and decision-making.
- Basic technical skills and experience with tracking tools.
- A portfolio of case studies and partnerships is a plus.
- Fluent English.
