About the Company
We are launching a new AI direction within a holding company with extensive experience in scaling digital projects and subscription-based platforms.
The team is currently building a production system for AI-generated models and is looking for a strong AI Creator capable of producing high-end photorealistic content at a commercial production level.
📍 Responsibilities
- Phase Start
- Generate reference photos for AI models
- Train LoRA models
- Build and maintain a consistent “model archive”
- Collaborate closely with the Organic Lead and Chat Lead
- Daily Production
- Generate the required amount of content on a daily basis
- Maintain high production quality and consistency
- Technical Optimization
- Optimize GPU infrastructure costs (RunPod / Vast.ai)
- Improve workflows and production efficiency
- Quality Control
- Maintain an extremely detail-oriented and perfectionist approach to content creation
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- AI Face Consistency
- Ability to train AI models so the same character remains visually consistent across: different outfits, lighting conditions, poses, environments
- Understanding that unstable facial consistency is considered unacceptable quality
- Flux & Stable Diffusion Expertise
- Advanced work with Flux / Stable Diffusion
- Ability to accurately apply and maintain faces across different body positions and scenes
- Ability to manually/programmatically fix AI artifacts (hands, fingers, backgrounds, distortions)
- Achieve highly realistic results indistinguishable from real smartphone photography
- Video Production
- Ability to create short AI-generated videos (walking, dancing, greetings, etc.)
- Maintain facial consistency in motion
- Post-Production
- Strong post-production and enhancement skills
- Experience with tools such as: Magnific, Topaz
- Ability to create sharp, professional-level content with realistic skin and hair detail
- Ability to create content that avoids deletion and gains engagement
- Automation & Tools
- Experience with automation tools such as: Postpone, RedditViking, custom scripts
- Additional Requirements
- Fluent Russian + understanding of English slang
- Portfolio/screenshots with: traffic graphs, successful Reddit account farms, high-karma accounts
