We are an AI direction within a large creator-focused holding with extensive experience in scaling digital creators and subscription-based platforms.
The direction is already working: the production system is launched, there are trained LoRA, a character database, regulations, and instructions for all stages. We are looking for a strong AI Creator who will take over the process and bring AI video to a new level.
The main task: AI video The most important and complex thing in our work is short AI videos (7-10 seconds) that: • look like real footage, and it’s not visible that it’s AI; • preserve the face and character from one video to another; • are obtained in 1-3 attempts, not in 5-10. Video generation is expensive, so we need a person who accurately prepares the input (references, frame, prompt, parameters) and understands in advance what will be obtained. Trying attempts randomly is not our approach.
📍 Responsibilities
- Generate short AI videos with character identity preservation: this is the main focus
- Generate photorealistic content through Seedream 5, ComfyUI (Krea2, Flux or similar stack)
- Support and retrain existing LoRA / custom models, create new ones if necessary
- Achieve stable consistency of character and face
- Engage in post-production and upscale (Magnific, Topaz, SeedVR, etc.)
- Optimize generation pipelines and GPU workflows (RunPod / Vast.ai), reduce cost and number of attempts per unit of content
- Work according to existing regulations and supplement them
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- What's important to us:
- Strong experience in AI video: understanding how to achieve natural movement, mimicry, physics, and lighting
- Understanding of face consistency / identity preservation
- Experience with LoRA training and advanced AI workflows
- Ability to create content that looks like real photos and videos
- Attention to detail and high level of visual perfectionism
- Russian language is a must
- Requirements:
- Mandatory portfolio with:
- examples of AI videos with the same character (main criterion)
- several images of the same AI character
- In your response, briefly write about which models and tools you use for video creation and how many attempts it takes on average to get one successful video
