Affiliate Manager (CPA network)
📍 Your mission
- Training and mentoring newcomers, motivating the team, helping with non-standard questions;
- Communication and business development of affiliates in order to increase traffic and turnover;
- Contributing your ideas and suggestions for improving communication with partners and internal team processes;
- Going to conferences;
- Interaction with other departments.
📍 What we expect from a candidate
- Experience in CPA networks in grayhat verticals from 3-4 years;
- Confident English (written and spoken);
- Ability to work with tracking and anti-fraud platforms, CRM systems (for example, affise, etc.).
- Understanding of the market and new trends in affiliate marketing;
- Leadership skills;
- Focus on financial results;
- Pro-activity, innovative mindset, willingness to put forward development ideas and test them regularly
📍 We are happy to offer
- Full time 5/2 (40 hours per week) + 100% remote with clear processes;
