Affiliate Manager CPA
📍 Your mission
- Identify new traffic sources;
- Advise partners via Intercom, Skype, and email;
- Assist affiliates with registration, integration, and traffic setup;
- Increase traffic volumes and turnover with partners;
- Manage traffic distribution;
- Analyze effectiveness;
- Optimize network performance with system tools;
- Be available for communication with international partners (sometimes after 7 PM);
- Conduct anti-fraud monitoring.
- Oversee payments and finances;
📍 What we expect from a candidate
- Over 1 year of experience in ad networks: AD networks/CPA Affiliate networks/Digital agencies;
- Experience in dating/nutra segments;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of the Affiliate Marketing industry specifics;
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
- Proactive and attentive; we encourage initiative here;
- Financial awareness; the company’s success is our financial result;
- Organized but not overly formal, responsible without strict oversight.
