Affiliate Manager CPA

Our product team is ready to welcome an Affiliate Manager who will become a part of our family and bring in valuable, profitable partners.

Identify new traffic sources;
Advise partners via Intercom, Skype, and email;
Assist affiliates with registration, integration, and traffic setup;
Increase traffic volumes and turnover with partners;
Manage traffic distribution;
Analyze effectiveness;
Optimize network performance with system tools;
Be available for communication with international partners (sometimes after 7 PM);
Conduct anti-fraud monitoring.
Oversee payments and finances;

Over 1 year of experience in ad networks: AD networks/CPA Affiliate networks/Digital agencies;
Experience in dating/nutra segments;
Strong negotiation skills;
Knowledge of the Affiliate Marketing industry specifics;
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
Proactive and attentive; we encourage initiative here;
Financial awareness; the company’s success is our financial result;
Organized but not overly formal, responsible without strict oversight.

Fixed salary + % of affiliate profit;
Payments in EUR or USDT;
Remote work focused on results with flexible start times (5/2);
