About the Role
You will take full ownership of partner management — from sourcing and onboarding to ongoing management, optimization, and KPI growth.
📍 Responsibilities
- Search and attract new partners
- Onboard and launch partners
- Manage partners throughout the full lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships
- Identify partner needs and close deals
- Optimize performance and scale results
- Monitor and improve key metrics
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
- Experience working with CPA networks
- Own active partner base (30+ partners) ready for launch
- Strong understanding of the iGaming market
- Experience in partner management (communication, retention, deal closing)
- Understanding of technical aspects: TDS, trackers, postbacks, offer setup
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and metrics
- English level B2+
