Primary Focus and Priority: Regular communication with the existing base of webmasters/affiliates.
Monitoring traffic quality from partners and ensuring both parties meet their agreements.
Providing an individualized approach to each partner: analyzing their needs and requests and passing this information to the sales manager.
Preparing weekly reports on performance.
Occasionally (rarely), attracting new webmasters/affiliates.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
Ideal match: at least 6 months of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming vertical.
General understanding of traffic sources: FB, PPC, ASO, In-App.
Additional advantage: knowledge of SMS/EMAIL marketing.
English B2: The role involves communication with international partners, so an Upper-Intermediate level or higher is required.
Familiarity with affiliate partner workflows: ability to negotiate terms, strong emotional intelligence (EQ), and readiness for active communication (correspondence), multitasking, and routine tasks.
