Advertising Manager (CPA/CPC)

An international Ad Network in the Dating vertical (Tier-1 GEOs) is looking for an Advertising Manager to join the advertiser-facing team. This is a new role created to grow the direction, not a replacement: DSP and CPA are each currently handled by one specialist, and we need a versatile manager to help scale both.

📍 Responsibilities

Work with advertisers on CPA and CPC models, growing their spend
Onboard clients onto the platform and help them launch effective ad campaigns
Analyze placements and drive results, provide optimization recommendations
Source new advertisers and negotiate cooperation terms
Coordinate financial reconciliation with the finance team, oversee payments and reporting
Communicate with international partners and stay on top of market trends
Contribute to the development of client service and product

📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:

1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing / CPA networks / ad networks / digital
Understanding of CPA and DSP models
Understanding of ad formats (banners, push, etc.)
Knowledge of metrics such as eCPM, CR, ROI, churn rate, frequency capping
Basic understanding of campaign setup, trackers, and ad network principles
Strong communication skills with advertisers
English - Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above, for business correspondence and calls with international partners
