An international company providing advertising accounts and infrastructure solutions for media buying teams, affiliate teams, and performance partners. We work with Google, Meta, TikTok, DSP, Native, and other advertising platforms and providers.
Who we are looking for
A Team Lead Supply who will take charge of the Supply team and be responsible for the direction’s efficiency: task distribution, KPI and SLA control, development of the supplier network, and quality of operational processes.
We need not just a strong manager or technical specialist, but a person who can organize team work, plan the load, control the result, and develop the direction.
Experience in our Supply model or iGaming is not obligatory — what’s more important is management and operational experience and the ability to quickly grasp a new subject area.
📍 Responsibilities
- Team management:
- task distribution and load allocation among Supply Managers
- planning team work and controlling its execution
- controlling KPI, SLA, and work quality
- prioritizing tasks and controlling key requests
- identifying team work problems and finding solutions
- developing employees and transferring knowledge
- Supplier network development:
- searching and evaluating new suppliers
- developing the existing base and key partners
- finding alternative suppliers for non-standard requests
- evaluating the effectiveness and quality of supplier work
- making decisions on connecting new suppliers
- controlling team work with the supplier base
- Commercial terms and partners:
- controlling the relevance of prices, commissions, limits, and other conditions
- approving changes to commercial terms
- controlling the quality and compliance with agreements with suppliers
- resolving complex and non-standard situations with partners
- Operational processes:
- controlling SLA and task execution deadlines
- controlling the quality of delivery and account work
- controlling the accuracy of information in CRM and working databases
- analyzing bottlenecks and process efficiency
- developing and implementing new processes and regulations
- initiating automation and improvements
- Interaction with teams:
- coordinating department work with account managers, finance, dev teams
- controlling timely information transfer
- escalating and resolving non-standard issues
- preparing regular information on Supply work for management
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Mandatory:
- 2–3+ years of experience in team management or operational direction
- experience working with KPI, SLA, and load distribution
- experience working with partners / suppliers / contractors
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to analyze processes and find improvement points
- confident CRM and working tool skills
- English — Intermediate+
- Advantage:
- experience in Supply / Affiliate / iGaming / performance marketing
- experience working with advertising platforms
- experience managing an Account / Affiliate / Supply Managers team
- experience building or optimizing operational processes
- experience working with international suppliers
