The company is now launching a new strategic direction – direct sales to brands (Direct Sales). This is an opportunity not to support the existing business, but to actually create a new direction within the company with a high degree of autonomy and influence on the result. We are looking for a manager who can build a direct sales direction from scratch and bring it to a standalone profitable business
📍 Responsibilities
- launching a new Direct Sales direction
- developing a strategy for approaching direct clients (brands and advertisers)
- independently attracting the first clients and developing relationships with enterprise customers
- conducting CustDev interviews and participating in forming a product strategy
- participating in developing new products together with the R&D team
- packaging a commercial offer and forming a value proposition
- developing a pipeline and achieving commercial KPIs
- launching the first pilot projects
- setting up sales processes
- implementing CRM, analytics, and sales management systems
- after confirming the model - forming and developing a sales team
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- developing New Business or Direct Sales
- selling to enterprise clients
- directly working with brands and advertisers
- experience communicating at the level of CMO, Head of Marketing, Head of Digital, Head of Brand, and other C-level/C-1 executives
- managing sales and developing a commercial function
- building new sales processes
- participating in product development as an internal customer

- bonus for achieving KPIs
- bonus from revenue/profit
- after reaching target indicators, the fixed part accounts for about 50% of the total income
- probation period - 3 months
