Junior Supply Manager
Location: outside of Russia and Belarus 🧨 Work format: remote / full-time
We are an agency that rents advertising accounts, working with teams in affiliate marketing and performance advertising. We are looking for a Junior Supply Manager who will help develop and maintain a pool of advertising account suppliers, control the quality of delivery, and promptly resolve work issues with partners.
📍 Responsibilities
- Search, attraction, and initial communication with advertising account suppliers
- Maintenance and updating of the supplier database, accounts, and cooperation terms
- Control of delivery, statuses, limits, and account quality
- Work with advertising cabinets and platforms: checking access, statuses, restrictions, and technical issues
- Communication with internal teams: buyers, account managers, and operational department
- Collection of feedback on account quality and its transmission to suppliers
- Participation in improving the processes of purchasing, accounting, and distributing accounts
- Preparation of regular reporting on suppliers, volumes, and supply quality
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in affiliate marketing, media buying, traffic arbitrage, or related fields will be an advantage
- Understanding of the principles of advertising cabinet and platform operation
- We consider candidates who have worked with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Telegram Ads, X Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other advertising systems
- Ability to conduct business correspondence, negotiate, and build working relationships with partners
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with a large number of tasks simultaneously
- Confident use of Google Sheets / Excel
- English language skills at a level sufficient for communication with foreign partners
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and quickly grasp new processes
