We are a technology-driven startup that creates and manages digital AI models for Tier-1 markets (the United States and Europe). We have advanced generative AI pipelines and a well-established infrastructure. As we enter a phase of rapid growth, we are expanding our Traffic R&D Department.
We are looking for a motivated enthusiast with a strong interest in AI models and their monetization. Your mission will be to take full ownership of a specific traffic source (for example, Twitter/X), deeply understand its algorithms, and build a scalable system for attracting high-quality targeted traffic.
Why this role is for you:
You won’t be stepping into a ready-made system — you will be building it together with us. The CEO of the project will provide you with resources, testing budgets, private training, and consultations with niche industry experts.
What we expect from you is analytical thinking, hands-on execution, and the ambition to take ownership of an entire direction.
📍 Responsibilities
- Research & R&D: Completing specialized training (paid by us), studying private forums, and turning theory into real-world execution.
- Manual operations at the start: Managing a network of accounts via anti-detect browsers, warming up profiles, daily posting, and interacting with audiences (simulating real human behavior).
- Technical setup: Working with proxies, bypassing social media limits, and preventing shadow bans.
- Analytics: Collecting conversion data, identifying working “combinations” and content formats that generate the highest response rates.
- Scaling: Once a manual setup proves profitable, helping migrate the process into automation (scripts / AI agents).
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong interest in the AI niche: You understand how the virtual creator market works, follow industry trends, and want to monetize this space.
- Technical literacy: You know (or can quickly learn) what anti-detect browsers, mobile proxies, user agents, and cookies are.
- English level: Confident B2+ (ability to read Western forums and communicate with English-speaking audiences on behalf of a model).
- Autonomy: You don’t wait for step-by-step instructions. If an account gets banned → you investigate → propose a solution → implement it.
- Nice to Have:
- Proven experience in traffic acquisition (affiliate/paid traffic) in grey or dating niches from sources such as Reddit, Twitter/X, Tinder, Badoo, Bumble, Snapchat. Additional advantage: experience working with algorithms of Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube.
📍 We are happy to offer
- Format: Fully remote, full-time position.
- Compensation: Base salary during the initial training and manual testing phase, plus later profit share (RevShare) or performance bonuses based on KPI achievement for qualified leads. We are ready to reward strongly those who deliver real business results.
- Career growth: If a profitable traffic setup is identified and successfully scaled, there is a direct path to a Team Lead role, with the opportunity to build and manage your own team for this traffic source.
