International Digital Project | AI Models & Dating Traffic
An international digital project is developing an AI Models division at the intersection of generative AI, digital characters, adult entertainment, and performance marketing. The team creates and promotes virtual models for Western markets and is now looking for a specialist to build a stable traffic acquisition channel from dating apps.
The main goal of this role is to attract targeted male traffic from Tinder, Bumble, Badoo, and other dating platforms, test funnel hypotheses, and scale successful traffic sources and campaigns.
We are looking for a technically skilled Traffic Manager who understands the specifics of dating traffic and has experience with multi-accounting, proxies, emulators, anti-detect browsers, and automation tools.
📍 Responsibilities
- Launch and scale networks of accounts across dating apps.
- Select and test technical setups, including devices, emulators, proxies, accounts, and other required resources.
- Collaborate with the AI Production team to prepare visual content for dating profiles.
- Track key performance metrics, including cost per lead, account survival rate, traffic volume transferred, and conversion from match to the next channel.
- Quickly adapt to platform algorithm changes and continuously test new approaches.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience with dating traffic, adult traffic, affiliate marketing, or similar industries.
- Understanding of multi-accounting and infrastructure for managing large numbers of accounts.
- Experience with emulators, anti-detect browsers, and mobile or residential proxies.
- Automation skills using BAS, ZennoPoster, Appium, ready-made bots, or custom solutions.
- Understanding of how traffic funnels are built from dating apps to social media platforms or paid platforms.
- High level of independence, technical flexibility, and willingness to continuously test new ideas and hypotheses.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with OnlyFans, Fanvue, webcam, or similar projects.
- Experience working with AI models or digital characters.
- Understanding of the specifics of Tinder, Bumble, Badoo, Hinge, and local dating apps.
- Experience scaling large account networks and building stable infrastructure for high-volume operations.
📍 We are happy to offer
- Remote / contract position.
- Fixed salary: $500–$2,000, depending on experience and technical expertise.
- Profit-sharing opportunities after the probation period.
- The project covers all required infrastructure costs, including proxies, emulators, anti-detect tools, accounts, SMS activations, software, and other operational expenses.
- Access to an AI Production team for creating and testing content for dating profiles and traffic campaigns.
