Senior Chatter / Psychological Engineer for AI Models
The main goal of this role is to communicate with fans on Fanvue, test OnlyFans/Fanvue chat scripts, identify effective PPV sales triggers, and adapt manual conversation flows for AI-powered models.
Your Role: Head of Supply Department. Build the strategy, team, and partnerships to ensure stable traffic growth.
📍 Responsibilities
- Communicate with fans on Fanvue.
- Test chat scripts, sales funnels, and PPV sales strategies.
- Adapt OnlyFans/Fanvue communication scenarios for virtual AI models.
- Analyze audience reactions and identify successful communication patterns.
- Segment users into groups such as whales, time-wasters, and active fans.
- Create and improve conversation flows and dialogue trees.
- Participate in developing AI agent logic and prompts to automate fan communication.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in the adult or dating industry: OnlyFans, Fanvue, sexting, webcam, or similar projects.
- Understanding of GFE, PPV, fan warming, and sales through chat communication.
- English C1 (Advanced): strong knowledge of slang, flirting, and Tier-1 audience communication.
- Ability to guide conversations toward a purchase without direct pressure.
- Analytical mindset and ability to break communication into structured scenarios.
- Interest in AI, ChatGPT/Claude, prompt engineering, and communication automation.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to continuously test new ideas and hypotheses.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with Fanvue.
- Experience adapting scripts for chatters.
- Understanding of LTV, retention, and paying user segmentation.
- Experience working with AI models or virtual characters.
