Reddit Growth Manager / Traffic Manager (AI Direction)
About the Company
An international performance marketing holding launching a new AI direction is looking for a Reddit Growth Manager.
The company is currently building internal infrastructure for aggressive traffic growth through Reddit and is searching for a specialist experienced in managing large-scale account farms and traffic operations.
📍 Responsibilities
- Research and analyze 200+ target subreddits
- Purchase and launch Reddit account farms
- Plan and publish 50–100+ posts daily across account networks
- Monitor traffic and performance metrics
- Continuously test and discover new working approaches:
- headlines
- creatives
- conversion-driving content for Fanvue
- Prepare daily traffic reports and performance summaries
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Account Farming & Ban Avoidance
- Ability to work “under the radar”
- Understanding of Reddit anti-spam systems
- Experience with:
- proxies / IP rotation
- anti-detect browsers
- browser fingerprinting
- human behavior simulation
- Account Warm-up & Trust Building
- Experience growing and warming up Reddit accounts
- Understanding of Karma mechanics and account trust factors
- Ability to create accounts that appear organic and aged
- Community & Content Expertise
- Ability to identify high-potential subreddits
- Understanding of moderation rules and subreddit culture
- Ability to create content that avoids deletion and gains engagement
- Automation & Tools
- Experience with automation tools such as: Postpone, RedditViking, custom scripts
- Additional Requirements
- Fluent Russian + understanding of English slang
- Portfolio/screenshots with: traffic graphs, successful Reddit account farms, high-karma accounts
