Publisher Manager / Hunter
📍 Responsibilities
- Search and attract new publishers (websites / webmasters) based on advertisers’ needs
- Conduct negotiations, agree on commercial terms and placement types
- Launch, optimize, and scale traffic закупки from publishers
- Perform in-depth analysis of publishers:
- traffic quality
- format visibility
- user behavior
- Test and implement custom solutions and non-standard ad formats
- Select high-visibility, high-engagement formats
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest growth opportunities
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Must-have:
- Understanding of monetization models (CPM, CPC, flat deals)
- Experience in ad networks in a similar role (Publisher / Traffic Manager)
- Experience working with Tier-1 and Asian markets
- Proven track record of attracting publishers
- Experience with ad formats: pop-under, banners, push notifications, VAST
- English level B2+ (written communication)
- Ability to analyze inventory and identify high-performing formats
- Strong negotiation skills and experience closing deals with website owners
- Understanding of adult traffic specifics
- Confident use of Google Sheets
- Experience with analytics tools (SimilarWeb / SEMrush)
- Strong independence, proactivity, and prioritization skills
- Nice to have:
- Own base of partners
