About the Company
We are a digital advertising team working since 2018 with direct publishers and advertisers worldwide.
We provide high-quality traffic, global reach (Tier 1–3, 240+ countries), and a variety of ad formats (banner, popunder, push, etc.).
We are currently looking for a strong Head of Sales to drive sales growth, scale the team, and improve key business metrics in the Dating and Gambling verticals.
📍 Responsibilities
- Build and systematically develop the sales function (processes, approaches, tools)
- Attract new advertisers
- Grow existing clients through upselling, reactivation, and volume scaling
- Manage the full sales funnel (from first contact to deposit)
- Drive growth of key metrics (MRR, Revenue)
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers (3 people: 2 middle, 1 senior)
- Work with key clients: retention, performance analysis, account growth
- Participate in industry events and develop partnerships
- Evaluate performance and efficiency (ROI)
- Collaborate with Product and Finance teams:
- Share market insights
- Influence product roadmap
- Control accounts receivable
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in dating / gambling / utilities verticals
- Proven ability to acquire new clients
- Experience in digital advertising / traffic sales
- Understanding of the full sales cycle (hunting + account management)
- Experience managing a team or readiness to take on leadership responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills and results-driven mindset
- Solid understanding of the AdTech / performance marketing market
