About the Role
We are looking for a specialist who can:
Keep technical tasks well-organized and under control
Document agreements and maintain up-to-date documentation
Independently handle basic technical tasks
Understand the specifics of the affiliate environment and navigate details with confidence
📍 Responsibilities
- Managing Technical Tasks
- Create and manage tasks in a task management system
- Write clear and structured tasks so executors can start without additional clarification
- Assign responsible team members
- Ensure each task has: clear description, owner, deadline, status, and next steps
- Collect updates and monitor progress
- Documentation & Processes
- Identify blockers, delays, and lost tasks in a timely manner
- Drive tasks to completion with a focus on results, not just process
- Document agreements, changes, and decisions
- Describe technical processes in a clear and simple way
- Structure scattered information into organized documentation
- Maintain up-to-date:
- Technical solution logic descriptions
- Internal guidelines
- Work processes and SOPs
- Team knowledge base
- Requirements & Task Definition (BRD / TDD)
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders
- Ask clarifying questions
- Translate verbal requests into clear and structured tasks
- Write technical specifications for developers, analysts, integrators, and contractors
- Break down complex tasks into manageable steps
- Ensure no ambiguity remains after task assignment
- Hands-on Technical Tasks
- Set up postbacks / S2S postbacks
- Verify conversion tracking and parameter accuracy
- Work with tokens, macros, sub-IDs, and tracking parameters
- Set up and maintain tracking systems
- Create, transfer, and reassign domains and subdomains
- Work with DNS records
- Configure redirects
- Perform basic actions on hosting and servers
- Upload, switch, and test landing pages
- Conduct basic technical troubleshooting
- Independently handle standard infrastructure tasks without involving senior specialists
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in affiliate marketing / traffic arbitrage
- Understanding of the technical side of traffic launching
- Hands-on experience with Keitaro or similar trackers
- Strong understanding of:
- Postback / S2S postback
- Conversion tracking
- Tokens, macros, sub-IDs, parameters
- Traffic tracking systems
- Practical experience with:
- Domains and subdomains
- DNS
- SSL
- Hosting / VPS
- Redirects
- Ability to drive tasks to completion
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to gather requirements and create high-quality technical specifications
- High attention to detail

- Can independently handle basic technical tasks
- Communicates effectively with technical teams
- Is not afraid to dive deep into details and make processes transparent
- Nice to Have
- Experience as an integrator in an affiliate team
- Experience with Binom / Voluum
- Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS
- Basic understanding of API integrations
- Experience working with developers and contractors
- Experience building documentation from scratch
