About the Company
We are an international company providing advertising accounts and infrastructure solutions for media buying teams, affiliate marketers, agencies, and performance marketers.
We work with Google, Meta, TikTok, Native, DSP, and dozens of advertising infrastructure providers.
Our clients include teams from iGaming, apps, fintech, eCommerce, and performance agencies worldwide.
As we continue to expand our client portfolio, we are looking for an Account Manager to support clients and help them launch advertising campaigns.
📍 Responsibilities
- The main goal is to manage clients and coordinate processes between clients and internal teams (Supply / Finance).
- Daily tasks include:
- Communicating with clients (Telegram / CRM)
- Assisting clients with launching advertising accounts
- Creating tasks in CRM for account setup and balance top-ups
- Ensuring accuracy of deal terms and conditions
- Supporting clients during account funding and usage
- Monitoring client balances and activity
- Resolving operational issues between clients and internal teams
- Area of responsibility:
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Launching new advertising accounts for clients
- Supporting account top-ups
- Ensuring accuracy of deals and terms
- Monitoring client activity and spend
- Participating in upsells and increasing client budgets
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in affiliate marketing / media buying / digital advertising
- Understanding of advertising accounts (Google / Meta / TikTok / DSP)
- Experience working with clients or partners
- English level: Intermediate+
- Ability to work with CRM systems and structure tasks
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in iGaming / apps / fintech
- Experience working with affiliate teams
- Understanding of traffic sources, platforms, proxies, and infrastructure
