Head of Supply
Scale global supply operations for media buying, affiliate, and performance agencies.
We work with Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, Native traffic, and 100+ providers (accounts, cards, proxies, tools).
🧨 Your Role:
Head of the Supply Department. You will define strategy, build the team, and close key deals to ensure stable, scalable traffic supply.
📍 Responsibilities
- Department management: KPIs, processes, guidelines, hiring/firing, deadlines, templates.
- Provider sourcing & testing (agents, platforms) via FB, LinkedIn, chats; negotiating and closing terms.
- Commercial control: commissions, limits, penalties, refunds.
- Provider & partner communication, including hands-on work with top-tier partners.
- Develop quality standards for Supply Managers.
- Cross-functional coordination with Account Managers, Finance, and CEO; ensure SLA from order to top-up/refund.
- Control top-ups, refunds, blocks; maintain internal databases (tools, providers, manuals).
- Strategy & planning: pricing conditions, volumes, forecasts; provider sourcing processes by account formats.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in media buying / affiliate / supply operations / ad infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with providers: ad accounts, proxies, DSPs, cards.
- Strong negotiation skills: commercial terms, long-term deals, objection handling.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Risk management skills: spend, limits, commissions.
- Solid understanding of finance, KPIs, and reporting.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2)+.
