Client Lead / Strategist (Team Lead)
📍 Responsibilities
- Translate high-level client goals into clear, actionable strategies.
- Develop media plans and channel proposals (Telegram, YouTube).
- Create briefs for senior teams and oversee their execution.
- Ensure quality and performance of deliverables.
- Take responsibility for the strategy and overall direction growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients — without day-to-day operational work.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer, media, or digital agencies.
- Experience in client communication at the strategy and media planning level.
- Strong understanding of the influencer market (Telegram, YouTube).
- Ability to connect client objectives with practical execution tools.
- Strong system thinking and process management skills.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience leading a team or department.
- Experience in media buying (placements, reach campaigns).
