Sales Manager (Influence & Media)
📍 Responsibilities
- Sell agency services: seeding on Telegram and YouTube (media reach, placements).
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Attract new clients through personal connections, conferences, events, and networking.
- Work closely with client managers and production team (package offers correctly and guide clients to closing).
- Understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- B2B sales experience (preferably in media, digital, or influencer agencies).
- Relevant contacts (marketing directors, brands, agencies).
- Experience selling services based on personal relationships and networking.
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Flexibility, initiative, and independence.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in influencer or media agencies.
- Understanding of the blogger and seeding market.
- Participation in industry conferences and events.
