At Harlem Next, we’re looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to expand and optimize our network of high-quality traffic partners. In this role, you’ll combine relationship-building, analytical insight, and a strong commercial mindset to drive performance and revenue.If you know how to turn traffic into conversions — and partnerships into long-term value — this is your next big move.

📍 Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen relationships with affiliate and traffic partners, focusing on alignment, quality, and long-term success
Identify and onboard new partners that support our growth goals and meet high-performance standards
Monitor and analyse traffic, conversion rates, and partner performance — and use those insights to improve results
Work closely with internal teams (BI, Tech, Product) to align strategies and unlock new opportunities
Negotiate partnership terms and help shape scalable, win-win agreements
Stay up to date with affiliate trends — and challenge our thinking with fresh ideas

Our ideal candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Minimum of two years’ experience in partner management, business development or sales.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, lead generation and digital traffic management.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Data driven with strong analytical skills.
Experience of tracking platforms such as Everflow, Tune, Voluum or Cake.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Fluency in Dutch is a plus.

Salary between €3.296 and €4.002 gross per month, based on your experience
