We’re currently looking for an In-house Media Buying Lead — join us!

📍 Responsibilities

Managing the in-house traffic team (social media, contextual, ad networks, ASO, SEO, SMM, media);
Hosting weekly syncs with team leads to assess KPI progress, present results, and discuss changes with senior management;
Holding 1-on-1s with team leads to ensure clear action plans and execution oversight;
Preparing and aligning KPIs and salary reviews for the team;
Preparing weekly/monthly presentations and reporting to leadership;
Contributing to strategic media planning and KPI forecasting for key business metrics;
Coordinating budgets with leadership and executing adjustments in traffic acquisition;
Identifying and integrating new sources, tools, funnels, and approaches to acquire new and re-engage existing users (WEB & INAPP), and assessing channel capacity for achieving business goals;
Developing and implementing cost optimization strategies for user acquisition;
Improving conversion rates at each stage of the user funnel;
Monitoring new marketing and gambling trends and implementing best practices to impact core business metrics;
Participating in partner negotiations to optimize service cost and quality;
Analyzing the market, trends, target audience, and competitors to uncover insights and recommend enhancements to the marketing strategy;
Preparing performance digests showcasing the top in-house buying results.

Our ideal candidate:

Strong expertise in performance and media buying: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, affiliate networks, ASO, SEO, SMM;
Strategic and operational media planning experience;
Knowledge of multichannel funnels and attribution models.
Ability to build regular reporting systems: weekly/monthly analysis, presentations, digests;
Data visualization skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.);
Proficiency in channel performance evaluation and optimization.
Budget creation and adjustment for local and global markets;
Expense control and resource reallocation based on ROI/ROAS.
Leadership experience with cross-functional digital teams;
Conducting 1-on-1s, performance reviews, KPI sessions;
Organizing workflows: task planning, tracking, retrospectives.
Facilitation and strategic meeting skills;
Stakeholder expectation management;
Implementation tracking and follow-through.
KPI system setup and alignment;
Involvement in salary reviews, employee growth and development;
Motivation system development based on results.
