📍 Responsibilities
- Regularly search for new traffic sources and buy traffic for various projects
- Launch ad campaigns from scratch to profit: setup, monitoring, analysis, optimization, and scaling
- Test and scale multiple campaigns simultaneously, constantly monitoring performance
- Independently create ad creatives and analyze ads using spy tools
- Prepare detailed reports on launched campaigns
- Research and test new growth directions
- Work with both in-house products and third-party CPA offers
Our ideal candidate:
- 1+ year of experience working in a team setting
- Proven experience with dating/gambling verticals and solid understanding of traffic sources for these niches
- Expertise in Facebook Ads and its various ad formats
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data volumes
- Experience managing high ad budgets ($25K–$30K+)
- Focus on Tier 1 countries
