Affiliate manager (CPA network)
📍 Responsibilities
- Search for and onboard affiliate marketers, media buying teams, and solo affiliates
- Present the benefits of the network and offers
- Build and nurture partner relationships: onboarding, support, and motivation aimed at scaling traffic volumes
- Segment the partner base — from beginners to high-volume affiliates
- Work with KPIs such as retention, turnover, and ROI
- Maintain CRM, analyze traffic and partner engagement
- Represent the company in events, forums, and affiliate chats to grow the partner base
Our ideal candidate:
- 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing / CPA networks
- Understanding of key verticals and payout models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
- Strong communication skills, literacy, stress resistance
- English level Pre-Intermediate or higher (for communication with Tier 1/2 partners)
- Familiarity with trackers, CRMs, Telegram ecosystem, affiliate platforms
- Would be a plus:
- Your own affiliate/webmaster base or network
- Experience managing partners across different verticals
- Understanding the specifics of Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 markets
