We are a fast-growing AdTech/Affiliate company specializing in partner program development and traffic monetization.
About Us:
Ranked in the TOP-10 in the dating vertical.
Work with Tier 1–3 traffic, primarily in the US and other international markets.
Act as a direct advertiser thanks to strong in-house offers.
📍 Responsibilities
- Customer Development: Engage with current and potential clients, identify needs, collect feedback, and analyze competitor preference reasons.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research, assess strengths and weaknesses.
- Marketing & Promotion: Run advertising campaigns, manage cross-promotions with partners, and enhance brand awareness.
- Email Marketing: Analyze and update email campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Develop and maintain corporate social media accounts.
- Commercial Team Support: Prepare custom landing pages, marketing materials, and brand assets.
- Conference Preparation: Organize events and partner gifts.
- Internal Process Analysis: Identify growth areas impacting revenue (analytical skills are a plus).
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in AdNetwork / Affiliate is a must.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing, advertising mechanics, and customer development.
- Strong data analysis, feedback collection, and communication skills.
- Experience in marketing, advertising campaigns, and brand promotion is a plus.

- Fixed salary + % (paid in EUR or USDT).
