We are the MAVS team, specializing in B2C product development in the adult online entertainment industry. We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager (CPA) with an analytical mindset, ready to join our team and work on our in-house product, similar to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.
📍 Responsibilities
- Actively search for new partners and traffic sources;
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing partners (Telegram, WhatsApp, Skype, Email, etc.);
- Assist partners with registration, integration, and launching ad campaigns;
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROI, CR) and optimize them;
- Monitor payments to partners and conduct fraud prevention checks;
- Collaborate closely with analytics and finance teams;
- Participate in international conferences and industry events.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Has 1+ years of experience in a product company working with affiliate marketing;
- Understands key traffic acquisition models (CPA, CPM, RevShare, etc.) and knows how to analyze and optimize user acquisition funnels;
- Speaks English fluently (Upper-Intermediate+), can handle business correspondence, and attend conferences;
- Is proficient in at least one affiliate management system (e.g., Affise, Voluum, Everflow);
- Can build strong relationships with partners and drive revenue growth;
- Can clearly articulate ideas in technical specifications for developers.
- Nice-to-have:
- Experience with adult, dating, gambling, or nutra verticals;
- Background in analytics (ability to structure data and build funnels quickly) or product management (understanding user behavior and adjusting funnels accordingly).
