Financial Manager
We are looking for an experienced financial operations specialist to join our team and strengthen financial partnerships with products on an international level.

📍 Responsibilities
- Operational Activities: Supporting day-to-day financial processes, including payment control, invoice processing, document management, and contract signing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Preparing analytical reports, reconciling data, working with Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and analyzing product financial metrics.
- Payment Solutions: Identifying and implementing optimal payment solutions, understanding acquiring, processing, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Accounting Support: Assisting with financial reporting, understanding debit and credit principles, and working with VAT and taxes.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Working closely with the product team, finance department, and product CEO to solve tasks and improve processes.
- Proactiveness: Managing tasks independently, finding solutions, and taking initiative to improve workflows.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (mandatory).
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Understanding of acquiring, processing, and subscription models.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and taxation.
- Languages: Fluent English.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and high work speed.
- Proactiveness, independence, and willingness to grow horizontally (e.g., learning new software).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
