- Client interaction and maintaining communications.
- Creating and posting job listings, as well as seeking new resources.
- Conducting interviews and preparing candidate profiles.
- Analyzing results for your own vacancies.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Willingness to adapt flexibly and handle changes.
- Creative thinking and the ability to bring fresh ideas.
- Prior experience as a recruiter is preferred, but we’re also open to candidates without experience.
- Proficiency in English (C1) and Ukrainian (B2).
- Strong communication skills and effective time management.
