Head of Media Buying
đź“Ť Your mission for the first 3 months
- Create the basic IT infrastructure of the project;
- Assemble a team (3-7 people FB/inapp buyers);
- In collaboration with the sales department find working advertisers and affiliate programs;
- Build reporting and control processes;
- Scale direction.
📍 For this job you’ll need
- Experience working as a team lead or senior buyer for at least a year in a large team, including crypto and/or sweep + successful experience of media buying;
- Working connections in both directions, understanding of the market;
- Willingness to be a business partner, be responsible for results, and achieve KPIs;
- Proven experience working with budgets from $100k fb/innap (gray topics);
- Experience in assembling and managing a team or mentoring buyers.
Important
- This is precisely in-house buying; working with third-party advertisers and/or affiliates is unacceptable;
- Uploading to third-party advertisers is possible only as a test and in agreement with the business.
- Willingness to sign an NDA before starting cooperation.
